I want to express deep gratitude to www.compensair.com for their assistance in getting the compensation for the cancelled flight of British Airways from London to Moscow. Frankly speaking, I didn't believe that without any supporting documents (only with boarding passes for the cancelled and the new flight) it was possible to get a 400 euro compensation. Moreover 2 times I made mistakes in my bank details, and each time Compensair employees patiently helped me to correct them. The compensation I received also helped me to get a moral satisfaction for a rude behaviour of British Airways employees, who made me spend the whole night in Gatwick waiting for the alternative flight from Heathrow and in response to my claims changed the flight once more, postponing the departure even later. Once again, Compensair thank you for your help!
