I am very delighted to tell you about Compensair! Had no idea that I could actually get my compensation. My flight was operated by a local Guernsey-based airline. They had cancelled my flight after the check-in was over, and I was refunded full ticket cost a few weeks later. Yet then at the airport I had to pay an extraorbitant sum for the ticket to my destination. The airline refused to compensate the fare of this alternative flight, I tried to beat my money out of them, but gave up after a while. I tried a service similar to Compensair and received a reject, since I had no evidence of my alternative flight. That was quite a disappointment to me. However Compensair did not require any evidence, they just asked to sign their power of attorney. My manager was Denis Simagin who was really nice to me informing about every step in our rally against the airline. After I'd submitted my claim with Compensair the thing went really quick - it took them some twenty days to get my money. Then I emailed them my bank account data and got my 300 pounds of compensation, that was minus their success fee (25%). Sounds fair to. Again, thank you A LOT!!
